Role Summary:

Lead the hospital’s HR function, align people strategies with business objectives, and ensure effective workforce management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations, talent acquisition, and manpower planning.
Drive employee relations, retention, and performance management.
Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of HR policies.
Oversee compensation, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
Partner with hospital leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Lead the HR team and support employee development initiatives.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources. Experience: 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with prior leadership experience.

Key Competencies: Strategic HR leadership, stakeholder management, labour law compliance, decision-making, and team management.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
