Are you passionate about B2B lead generation, email outreach, and identifying the right business opportunities Join our growing Enterprise Sales team!

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Email Lead Generation Executive to support our corporate training business by identifying potential clients, generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Execute targeted email campaigns to generate quality B2B leads.
Research, identify, and qualify potential corporate clients.
Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the Enterprise Sales team.
Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms.
Identify key decision-makers, including HR, L&D;, Talent Development, and Procurement specialists.
Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
Track email campaign performance, response rates, and lead conversion.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements




Excellent written communication and email drafting skills.
Familiarity with B2B email outreach and lead generation.
Knowledge of tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms.
Robust research, analytical, and prospecting skills.
Ability to meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Prior experience in the EdTech or corporate training industry will be an advantage.

Job Details Location: Bangalore

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Model: Work from Office for the first 3 months, followed by Permanent Work from Home

Preference: Female candidates preferred
