Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits, community meetings, and outreach activities in assigned areas.
Identify eligible participants and explain program advantages, eligibility, and enrollment requirements.
Build relationships with community leaders, local institutions, NGOs, and other partners.
Support registration, document collection, and enrollment.
Follow up with participants to encourage attendance and program completion.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, enrollments, and follow-ups.
Gather community feedback and report participation barriers to the project team.
Work toward agreed outreach and enrollment targets while ensuring accurate information and respectful engagement.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in the local language.
Ability to build trust with people from diverse backgrounds.
Basic smartphone, data-entry, and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas.
