Role Overview

GenBright World School is seeking an experienced, reflective and team-oriented educational leader to guide the academic, operational and cultural development of the school. The Head of School will lead the implementation of GenBright’s International Emergent Curriculum, drawing on relevant Cambridge curriculum experience and ensuring high standards of learning, wellbeing and school operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic, academic and operational leadership in alignment with GenBright’s vision and values.
Lead curriculum planning, implementation, assessment, documentation and academic review.
Apply Cambridge curriculum knowledge and assessment practices where relevant to strengthen teaching and learning.
Mentor educators through classroom observations, constructive feedback and professional development.
Establish clear academic expectations, goals, systems and accountability practices.• Ensure child safeguarding, inclusion, wellbeing and a positive school culture.
Build strong, transparent partnerships with parents and respond to academic and pastoral concerns.




Collaborate with the Founder and leadership team on school strategy, quality assurance and growth.
Oversee school routines, policies, academic calendar implementation and effective daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Education or a relevant discipline; B.Ed. preferred.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in education, including 3–5 years in academic or school leadership.
Prior Cambridge curriculum experience is essential, including familiarity with curriculum frameworks and assessment approaches.
Experience in curriculum development, teacher mentoring and school administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
