About the Role

We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and support end-to-end hiring for IT roles across domestic staffing and consulting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels .
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability for open positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.




Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth closures.
Work closely with Account Managers and senior recruiters to understand hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment , preferably in staffing, recruitment consultancy, or IT services.
Positive understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment terminology .
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , etc.
