Role: Offshore IVA QA Engineer
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Summary
Looking for an experienced QA Engineer with hands-on experience in IVA, Chatbot, and Conversational AI testing.
Key Responsibilities
Perform IVA and chatbot functional testing.
Test conversational flows, intents, entities, and NLU.
Conduct API testing and backend integration testing.
Execute regression and end-to-end testing.
Identify, report, and track defects.
Prepare test cases and test reports.
Required Skills:
IVA / Chatbot Testing
Conversational AI Testing
NLU / Intent Testing
API Testing (Postman)
Regression Testing
REST API, JSON, and JIRA
Valuable to Have: Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson Assistant, or automation testing experience.
