About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you will build intelligent applications, retrieval systems, automation workflows, and AI-powered business capabilities.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about Generative AI technologies and capable of developing agent-based solutions with increasing levels of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop AI-powered applications and services.
Build RAG-based solutions.
Implement document understanding workflows.
Develop semantic search and retrieval capabilities.




Create evaluation datasets and testing frameworks.
Support production deployment and monitoring.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience.
Robust Python development skills.
Experience with LLMs and GenAI ecosystems.
Understanding of RAG architectures.
Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience building autonomous agents.
Knowledge of orchestration frameworks.
Exposure to AI evaluation methodologies.
