Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance scalability.
Designing and implementing standardized processes and automated solutions to support Nirmals growth.
Leveraging data analytics to uncover improvement prospects, inform decisions, and drive business performance.
Building and optimizing scalable infrastructure and processes to sustain Nirmals growth.
Leading end-to-end execution of core process improvement projects.
Prioritizing projects, setting timelines, and ensuring rapid goal achievement
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives and scalable process design.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify root causes and measure performance.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges.
Proven success in leading and executing complex projects end-to-end.
