Work with design and production teams on recent product development and improvement.
Manage leather development, from testing to finalization, ensuring adherence to standards.
Stay informed on trends, technologies, CSR standards, and environmental regulations.
Conduct thorough checks on leather, ensuring durability, color consistency, and texture throughout production.
Identify and resolve leather defects and quality concerns, minimizing wastage and rework.
Identify and resolve various leather-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions to support production requirements.
Act as a key bridge between factories and tanneries, coordinating closely with both parties to resolve technical issues and meet specific leather requirements.
Conduct leather inspections for special and critical orders, ensuring compliance with brand quality standards and specifications.




Work closely with tanneries to develop leather products as per brand requirements, evaluate the developed materials, and provide technical approval for production.
Provide technical guidance to tanneries and factories throughout the development and bulk production stages to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.

requirements -
English: Fluent, written and spoken
Bachelor's degree in Leather Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Leather Technician or similar role in the footwear industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CSR principles and their application in the leather industry.
