Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Healthcare Associates to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives. The role involves providing healthcare-related assistance, verifying patient information, updating records, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international patients and healthcare professionals.
Assist patients with healthcare-related queries and appointment coordination.
Verify patient details and update information in the system.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance teams.
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and processes.
Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.
Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare data privacy guidelines.
Meet daily performance, quality, and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria




Any degree / Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Valuable English communication skills are mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in US night shifts.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
