Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering qualified to drive manufacturing productivity, optimise manpower utilisation and improve operational efficiency through scientific industrial engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Time & Motion Studies and Line Balancing.
Manage manpower planning, budgeting and deployment.
Drive productivity improvement, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Analyse cycle time, production capacity and manufacturing costs.
Establish and validate standard production times.




Identify process bottlenecks and improve workforce utilisation.
Support plant optimisation and capacity expansion projects.
Monitor manufacturing KPIs and prepare management reports.

Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E. in Industrial, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
610 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within manufacturing.
Robust hands-on experience in Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing and Manpower Planning.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Cost Analysis.
Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
