ROLE SUMMARY The Service Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to customers during installation and maintenance visits. The role requires solid technical understanding, effective communication, and the flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse field situations while representing the organisation professionally.

Role & responsibilities
Deliver high-quality service and support during installation and maintenance visits.
Provide prompt responses to customer issues and escalate as required.
Promote add-on services and accessories through direct customer interaction.
Demonstrate flexibility in traveling, technical understanding, and quick learning abilities
Execute installation and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits.
Interact with customers for service requirements and feedback.




Promote sales of accessories during service calls.
Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns.

Preferred candidate profile Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline

Experience: 1 3 years in field service / technical support

Technical Skills: Instrumentation, electronics troubleshooting, and basic hardware knowledge

Soft Skills: Valuable communication, customer handling, self-motivation, and willingness to learn

Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required. Preferred: Candidate with own two-wheeler/vehicle
