We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter Cum Admin Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, client coordination, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle recruitment activities, job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
Make recruitment calls and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and walk-in drives.
Follow up with candidates regarding selection and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
HR Operations & Administration
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.
Assist with payroll coordination and employee queries.
Manage office documentation, files, and daily administrative activities.
Coordinate office requirements and vendor follow-ups.
Client Coordination & Field Activities
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements.
Travel to client locations for recruitment and HR follow-ups.
Visit colleges, institutions, and training centres for candidate sourcing.




Coordinate placement activities and recruitment drives.
Handle regular candidate and client follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
Freshers and referred freshers can apply.
Candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience are preferred.
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
Positive communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory.
Willingness to travel for client-site and institutional visits.
