Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Role)
Handle recruitment calls and candidate sourcing.
Post job vacancies and screen candidate resumes.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
Conduct initial-level interviews and coordinate interview processes.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview attendance, selection, and joining confirmation.
Complete joining formalities and collect required candidate documents.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
HR Operations & Administration
Assist with employee onboarding and joining documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.
Support payroll coordination and employee queries.
Handle office documentation and daily administrative activities.





Eligibility & Requirements
Any Degree or Diploma.
Freshers can apply
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
Positive communication and convincing skills.

Position: HR Recruiter Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele calling or Recruitment is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
