About the Company

BayNine Ventures LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition (80%) and HR Operations (20%), offering an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment and overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Healthcare and Operations positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring closures.
Coordinate offer rollouts and candidate joining formalities.

HR Operations (20%)
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Collect, verify and maintain employee documents.




Maintain employee databases, HR trackers and recruitment MIS.
Support daily HR administrative activities.
Coordinate with employees for HR-related requirements.

Requirements & Skills
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of HR / Recruitment experience are welcome.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to multitask.
