Key Responsibilities:-
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company requirements to candidates.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Valuable coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Graduate in any discipline or pursuing graduation.
