Graduate Engineer Trainee – Mechanical / Production

We’re hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees for our production team in Pune. This entry-level role is suited to recent Mechanical or Production Engineering graduates who want hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, quality, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
Support daily production activities and shop-floor coordination.
Track production output and help maintain quality records.
Assist with process checks, basic troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.




Prepare daily reports using Excel and internal systems.
Follow company safety and operating procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience may apply.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
Familiarity with MS Excel.
Willingness to work in office and follow the stated schedule.
