Responsibilities: Understand customers’ insurance and financial needs. Explain suitable insurance plans and their benefits. Help customers choose the right policy. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Generate leads and develop a customer network. Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support. Work towards individual sales and business targets. Attend training and stay updated about insurance products.
