Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the QA framework, including policies, processes, and quality standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy covering the myKONE application, integrations, and deployments.
Ensure quality assurance is embedded across the entire lifecycle, from requirement definition to post-production validation.
Manage quality metrics dashboards to monitor defect trends, test coverage, and product stability.
Drive automation initiatives and mentor the team to continuously improve quality practices.
Required Skills:
Solid experience in QA strategy, test planning, and estimation.
Hands-on automation experience with Playwright and/or Robot Framework.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
Exposure to Jira and Xray test management.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing and automation.
