Job Summary

We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer (8 TO 10 Years)with robust experience in handling live production systems, incident management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and production settings.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications
Handle production incidents, bug fixes, and application issues
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
Monitor applications and systems using tools (Splunk, Kibana, etc.)
Work on deployment support and release activities
Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes
Ensure application stability, performance, and uptime
