Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS – Billing) to manage project billing, BOQ preparation, quantity measurements, rate analysis and contract administration. The candidate should have robust experience in construction projects, cost control and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage BOQs and project billing.
Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities.
Perform rate analysis, cost estimation and budget monitoring.
Handle contract administration, claims and variation management.
Review contractor bills and ensure accurate billing documentation.




Coordinate with project managers and site teams.
Monitor project costs and identify potential cost overruns.
Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts.
Guide junior QS and billing team members.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Billing within the construction industry.
Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, rate analysis and contract administration.
Experience handling large-scale construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and Primavera.
Robust analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
