Role & responsibilities
Define the mid- and long-term people strategy to support project objective and goals.
Contribute to project governance reviews and planning.
Act as the single point of contact for the clients to drive project and transversal topics.
Monitor compliance of the project with Neeyamo frameworks and contractual standards
Monitor KPIs and provide KPI insights periodically with global/ regional/ local stakeholders.
Manage relations with the client representatives and internal team members.
Manage team requirements (incl. critical positions) and anticipate emerging/future talent needs, flag at- risk positions.
Implement initiate activities for fostering team engagement.
Identify training needs for the team and facilitate.
Coordinate resolution of project issues with team as a part of the continual improvement
Bring continual improvements to delivery models.
Team Management. Motivate, Inspire and nurture the team for collective growth professionally.
Managing tickets and SLAs
Ensuring availability to the client and the team during shift hours
Communicate critical topics with the manager for any attention or action




Ensure team building activities to cheer up the team

Hands on Experience in administering Workday /SuccessFactors is must

Shift Requirements:
