Job Responsibilities
Perform medical transcription and documentation.
Enter and update patient information in EMR/EHR systems.
Maintain patient medical histories, diagnoses, medications, and allergies.
Prepare physician notes, progress notes, and clinical documentation.
Manage patient demographics and insurance details.
Understand medical terminology and clinical abbreviations.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Transcription or EMR/EHR Data Entry.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience in medical chart documentation.
Valuable English communication and typing skills.
Knowledge of US healthcare documentation and HIPAA guidelines.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
