Key Responsibilities &
Duties
Inspection &
Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct regular, scheduled inspections of buildings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Implement and track a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime.
Repairs &
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose faults in machinery, lighting, fixtures, locks, and structural elements, executing prompt repairs.
Handle urgent or emergency breakdowns safely and efficiently.
Vendor &
Contractor Management:
Source quotes, coordinate, and supervise external contractors and service providers.
Ensure work carried out by third-party technicians meets quality, budget, and safety standards.
Health, Safety, &
Compliance:
Ensure site compliance with local health, safety, fire safety,



and environmental regulations.
Maintain up-to-date logs for safety checks, risk assessments, and equipment certifications.
Inventory &
Record Keeping:
Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies inventory.
Keep accurate digital or written records of all maintenance work, inspections, and expenditures

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
