Job Summary

MYFM is looking for a creative and execution-oriented MarComm Executive to manage brand communication, on-ground events, brand promotions, and ATL/BTL marketing activities for the Chandigarh station.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of brand promotion, event execution, advertising campaigns, and vendor coordination, along with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute events and on-ground brand activation activities for the station.
Develop and implement brand communication and positioning strategies.
Conceptualise and execute ATL, BTL, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute effective online and offline advertising campaigns.
Identify and close barter partnerships and promotional tie-ups.
Manage vendors, agencies, and external partners for campaign execution.
Drive brand-building and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.




Coordinate with designers and illustrators to develop campaign creatives and marketing collaterals.
Ensure smooth execution of marketing activities within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
Experience or exposure in Marketing Communications, Brand Promotion, Event Management, Advertising, or Brand Activation.
Robust understanding of ATL, BTL, and on-ground promotional activities.
Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and execution skills.
Ability to plan and execute periodic online and offline marketing campaigns.
Robust vendor management and relationship-building skills.
