Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Supervise shop-floor employees and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
Monitor production quality, productivity, and rejection rates.
Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Engineering departments.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures.
Maintain production reports, downtime records, and MIS documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage and production costs.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma (DME / ECE / EEE) or BE in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in production or plant operations.
Candidates with experience in electronics, electrical components, automotive, or sensor manufacturing preferred.




Robust knowledge of production planning, shop-floor management, and manpower handling.
Experience in handling day-to-day plant operations and achieving production targets.
Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and production MIS.
Candidates currently residing in Mysore will be given preference.
Should be willing to take ownership of plant operations and drive operational efficiency.
