Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Pega Infinity.
Develop scalable case management and workflow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Utilize Pega GenAI capabilities to enhance application development and improve user experience.
Build and configure applications using Constellation architecture and contemporary UI frameworks.
Design and develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and messaging services.
Perform application design reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and code reviews.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.




Drive innovation through adoption of AI-powered development and workflow automation capabilities.

Required Skills:
5 years in Pega development.
Robust hands-on experience in Pega Infinity, Case Management, Integrations, and Constellation UI.
Experience with Pega GenAI, REST APIs, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:
CSSA Certification.
Financial Services domain experience.
Cloud and DevOps exposure.
