We are looking for a detail-oriented NOC Monitoring Engineer to monitor IT infrastructure, network systems, applications, and services to ensure availability and smooth operations.
IT Infrastructure & Network Monitoring - Incident Management & Troubleshooting - NOC Operations & Stakeholder Management - asic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
Server and application monitoring.
ITSM tools: ServiceNow, JIRA.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA management.
Monitoring tools: Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, or Splunk.
