Job Title: Merchandise Planner – Fresh FoodLocation: NCR, IndiaExperience: 10 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage merchandise planning for Fruits & Vegetables, Dairy, Bakery, Meat and other perishable categories.
Handle demand forecasting, sales planning and inventory replenishment.
Monitor stock availability, shelf life, expiry, wastage and shrinkage.
Analyse sales trends, inventory turnover and product performance.
Coordinate with procurement, category management and store operations teams.
Ensure optimum stock levels and minimise product wastage.

Requirements:
10 years of experience in Merchandise Planning / Retail Planning.
Solid experience in fresh food categories within Hypermarkets / Supermarkets.
Knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management and replenishment.
Robust analytical and Excel skills.

Preferred Background: Organised retail, FMCG, Supermarkets and Hypermarkets. Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
