We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as management trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in international recruitment and gain experience working with the US industry.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified healthcare & IT professionals across the United States.
Screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates in the database.




Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English speaking and writing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
