Required Skills
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT US Staffing.
Valuable understanding of US recruitment processes.
Knowledge of US work authorizations and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
Experience with Boolean searches and candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with US time zones.
Solid candidate management and follow-up skills.
