We are seeking a agile and empathetic skilled to join our team as a Stem Cell Banking Marketing Cousellor. The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between our services and expectant parents, primarily by building relationships with gynaecologists, hospital staff, and directly counselling pregnant women on the benefits of stem cell banking.

Key Responsibilities
Visit maternity hospitals and clinics in Vadodara regularly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with gynaecologists, nurses, and reception staff.
Collect leads of pregnant women through hospital partnerships and networking.
Educate and counsel expecting parents on stem cell banking options, benefits, and procedures.
Achieve monthly targets for registrations and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely follow-up and client onboarding.
Organize awareness sessions, workshops, or promotional events in hospitals.
Maintain records of client interactions, hospital visits, and lead status reports.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, pharma sales, or counselling (preferably in maternity or gynaecology domain). Fresher can also apply.
Graduate in any discipline; education in life sciences, healthcare, or marketing will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Comfortable with fieldwork and hospital visits.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting.
