Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end execution of recent branch and office expansion/relocation projects from lease signing to business rollout.
Ensure timely completion of interior fit-outs, and procurement/installation of bought-out assets.
Lead special infrastructure projects including Currency Chest rollouts and strategic branch initiatives.
Monitor quality, quantity, and technical compliance of materials, equipment, and contractor deliverables as per Bank standards.
Ensure smooth handover (HOTO) to Branch and U&M; teams, including asset tagging, electrical labeling, and documentation.
Drive timely certification, Interior bill processing, vendor closure, No Dues certification, and statutory/compliance adherence.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects within timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks.
