Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat, email and other digital platforms.
Resolve customer concerns with accuracy, empathy and professionalism.
Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining service quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet process performance standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome; 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent written English communication skills.




Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
