L2 Production Support Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Required Technical Skills:
Robust experience in L2 / Production Support.
Hands-on debugging across REST APIs, databases and distributed systems.
Solid SQL, Python, Linux and Shell Scripting.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Microservices.
Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK.
Solid understanding of Incident Management, RCA, Problem Management and Release Support.
Exposure to production support of AI/LLM workloads.
