We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS & Cloud Technical Lead to manage and deliver enterprise-grade Oracle projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, full lifecycle implementation experience, and solid communication and leadership skills to drive business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical implementation and support for Oracle EBS and Cloud projects.
Gather requirements, design technical solutions, and manage development and testing.
Develop solutions using Oracle EBS Technical, AR APIs, outbound conversions, and RDF/RTF reports.
Optimize existing customizations, reports, and integrations.
Ensure adherence to quality and validation processes.
Coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams and project timelines.
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and drive issue resolution.




Basic understanding of EDI preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of technical experience with Oracle EBS and Cloud implementations.
Expertise in Oracle EBS Technical, AR APIs, RDF/RTF reports, and outbound conversions.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Zoho, Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience leading distributed and hybrid teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Client-facing experience in quick-paced, delivery-driven environments.

Team leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
