Industry: Engineering / Fabrication
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any stream (preferably BBA / B.Com / MBA Marketing).
Work Experience
2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Coordination and Payment Recovery.
Experience in the Engineering / Fabrication Industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding dues.
Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed credit terms.
Maintain customer-wise outstanding payment records.
Coordinate with customers regarding invoices, bills and payment schedules.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer queries related to payments and invoices.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment reconciliation.
Conduct customer visits and meetings whenever required.
Prepare daily and monthly payment recovery reports.
Support the marketing and sales team in business development activities.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Robust follow-up and payment recovery skills.
Customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of invoicing and outstanding payment tracking.
Ability to achieve payment collection targets.
Salary
As per experience and interview.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates having experience in customer payment follow-ups, outstanding recovery and sales coordination, preferably from the Engineering / Fabrication Industry. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
