Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in IT or SaaS-based products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, identifying bugs, validating features, and delivering a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web applications and SaaS-based products.
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, track, and report bugs and technical issues.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UI/UX teams to resolve issues.
Validate APIs and backend functionality using tools such as Postman.
Ensure product performance, usability, and reliability.
Maintain test documentation and quality reports.
Participate in sprint planning,



product releases, and testing cycles.
Ensure the product meets business requirements and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in Software QA/QC or Software Testing.
Solid knowledge of manual testing and software testing methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Postman, and bug-tracking tools.
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Understanding of API testing and web application testing.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with SaaS-based products.
Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
Understanding of cloud-based applications and product deployment cycles.
