Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a network of scrap dealers, kabadiwalas and aggregators.
Generate current business through regular field visits.
Drive PET bottle and plastic scrap procurement targets.
Negotiate purchase rates and ensure profitable sourcing.
Manage collection centre operations, stock, weighing, sorting and manpower.
Maintain supplier relationships and daily procurement reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in scrap trading, plastic recycling, waste management or field sales.
Robust supplier network and local market knowledge preferred.
Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
Target-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
