ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Project Coordinator in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 60 days. You will manage and oversee project activities, ensuring timely execution through effective communication, advanced documentation, and technical oversight. You will be responsible for tracking project timelines using project management software, preparing comprehensive reports, and scheduling meetings to support successful project completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize project management tools to track project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments and technical teams to facilitate seamless project progress.
Prepare detailed and technical project reports for stakeholders, including data analysis and risk assessments.
Monitor deliverables to ensure quality, technical accuracy, and timeliness.
Schedule and organize project meetings, utilizing collaboration platforms to align team efforts and track action items.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE




Proven experience in project coordination within a technical setting.
Proficiency in Excel and project management software for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments and technical teams.
Excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate and detailed project records, including technical specifications.
Hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and risk management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
