Oracle EPBCS / EPM Cloud Senior Consultant

We are looking for experienced Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS professionals at the Senior Consultant level and above, with solid hands-on experience in implementing and delivering Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle EPBCS Planning modules, business rules, calculation manager, and Groovy scripting, along with a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle EPBCS / EPM Cloud implementation projects.
Design, develop, configure, and implement Oracle EPBCS Planning solutions.
Work on Planning modules, including Workforce, CapEx/Projects, and Financials.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Calculation Manager components, and Groovy scripts.
Understand business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions.




Work closely with finance stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
Participate in application enhancements, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills
6–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS.
Robust hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS implementation projects (Implementation experience is mandatory).
Expertise in Planning modules – Workforce, CapEx/Projects, and Financials.
Strong experience in Business Rules, Calculation Manager, and Groovy scripting.
Valuable understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Experience in both implementation and support engagements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to Oracle ARCS, FCCS, and Essbase.
Experience in financial close and planning cycles.
Knowledge of Oracle EPM integrations and application enhancements.
