Role & responsibilities
Perform day-to-day back-office processing tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
Input, verify, and update records and transactions in company databases.
Review documents, files, and incoming requests against defined checklists and guidelines.
Maintain logs and track key metrics using MS Excel / internal management tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational queries or data discrepancies.
Adhere strictly to process deadlines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, B.A., etc.).
Experience: Freshers (2022/2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred) or up to 1 year of experience.
Basic to intermediate working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and web navigation.
Positive written English communication skills for internal reporting.
Solid typing speed with a focus on data accuracy and speed.
Valuable analytical ability and eye for detail.
