Logistics Executive - Quality Health & Safety The Estée Lauder Companies | India | Supply Chain & Logistics We are looking for a Logistics Executive - Quality Health & Safety to oversee quality, health, safety and environmental standards across our finished goods warehouse and distribution operations in India. You will also coordinate Value-Added Services (VAS), including product customisation, set assembly, influencer seeding and digital printing.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner to keep warehouse operations secure, compliant and effective.

What you will do
Conduct warehouse safety inspections, risk assessments and internal audits. Maintain standard operating procedures and work with the 3PL partner to meet company standards and statutory quality and environmental requirements.
Investigate and report incidents, accidents and quality issues. Follow through on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate VAS activities with the 3PL partner,



ensuring stock is available and finished work meets quality standards and agreed timelines.
Monitor 3PL performance across output, productivity, quality and customer complaints. Coordinate warehouse maintenance and equipment reviews, and help safeguard stock and assets.
Coordinate and deliver warehouse training, lead sustainability initiatives with the 3PL partner and implement crisis management and business continuity plans.

Qualifications

What you will bring
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and quality management.
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics Management.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS), plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Solid analytical and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritise independently and make timely decisions.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
