We're Hiring | Head of Marketing Fintech / Digital Lending

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy, customer acquisition, business growth, and customer lifecycle management for our Fintech & Lending business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall marketing and growth strategy.
Drive performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital channels.
Manage customer acquisition, CAC, ROI, ROAS, and loan disbursal funnels.
Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing through WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, etc.
Manage affiliate and partner marketing.
Drive brand positioning, product marketing, and creative strategy.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Required Experience:
812+ years of experience in Marketing / Growth / Performance Marketing.
Solid background in Fintech, Digital Lending, BFSI, or Consumer Finance.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CleverTap / WebEngage, and Affiliate Marketing.
Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and loan disbursals.
