Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated fresher interested in building a career in Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service). The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts, along with an interest in financial consolidation and Oracle EPM applications.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and support Oracle FCCS application-related activities.
Assist in financial consolidation and reporting processes.
Understand month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support data loading, validation and reconciliation activities.
Assist in maintaining financial metadata and application configurations.
Work with Finance and IT teams to understand business requirements.
Support troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
Understanding of financial statements P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Basic understanding of financial consolidation concepts.




Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Interest in learning Oracle FCCS / Oracle EPM Cloud.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Oracle ERP / Oracle EPM.
Exposure to Smart View or any financial reporting tool.
Knowledge of accounting concepts such as intercompany transactions and currency translation.

Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates in Finance / Commerce.
Robust interest in Finance Technology and Oracle EPM.
Willingness to learn and work on Oracle FCCS implementation and support projects.
Positive, logical thinking and attention to detail.
