Position Description

Lead operational excellence in Group Life! As Process Head – Group Life Operations, you’ll oversee high-volume servicing workflows, drive SLA adherence, and lead a team focused on timely resolution and process improvement. This role blends strategic oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and system expertise to deliver seamless service experiences across group policies. Primary Responsibilities
Lead the Group Transactions team to ensure resolution of service tickets within the defined 2-hour SLA.
Oversee operations related to endorsements, policy issuance, cancellations, and error handling.
Monitor team performance and identify process bottlenecks for improvement.
Collaborate with Tech, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve systemic issues and implement long-term fixes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Provide strategic insights through regular reporting and analytics.
Support ad-hoc initiatives and operational enhancements as needed.





Requirements (Experience and Education)
6–7 years of experience in life insurance operations, preferably in group policy servicing.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Required Skills (Tech and Behavioural)

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel and ticketing systems.
Robust understanding of group life insurance operations and workflows.

Behavioural Skills:
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking and ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
Approachable and capable of resolving queries across geographies.
