PI Implementation Consultant | Tier 1 Consulting Firm | 6-Month Contract

Are you a hands-on implementation professional with a track record of delivering procurement and manufacturing transformation initiatives? A leading global strategy consulting firm is seeking an experienced PI Implementation Consultant to join a high-impact client engagement within the fashion and retail sector.

Engagement Details
Contract: 6 months (with immediate start)
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru - travel when needed
Working Model: Hybrid
Commitment: Full time (5 days per week)
Travel: Regular travel to client locations required
Compensation: Attractive daily consulting rate (all-inclusive, negotiable in INR)

As the PI Implementation Consultant, you will:
Drive end-to-end performance improvement and implementation initiatives across procurement and manufacturing operations.
Work closely with client stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and execute sustainable improvements.
Support transformation programs through structured problem-solving, implementation planning, and change execution.
Translate strategic recommendations into measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with consulting teams and client leadership to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.





The ideal candidate must have below:

Essential
Prior consulting experience with a leading strategy or management consulting firm (MBB experience highly valued, though not mandatory).
Strong, hands-on experience delivering performance improvement or operational transformation programs.
Deep expertise across procurement, sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational excellence initiatives.
Proven ability to lead implementation efforts rather than purely advisory engagements.

Highly Preferred
Experience within the fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer retail sectors.
Familiarity with large-scale operational transformation programs in complex organizations.
