Role & responsibilities
High pressure Boiler 150 TPH CFBC and Turbine 60 MW.
Boiler Pressure part replacement, Economiser,superheater , safety valves
Coal feeder overhauling
High pressure valve overhauling #class 2500
PA/SA/ID fan PM and overhauling
Vertical Pump maintenance and overhauling
Horizontal pumps Maintenance, overhauling.
Alignment of TG and Pumps
Boiler feed pump overhauling make Sulzer
Turbine High pressure valve overhauling Like AOP ,GOP, LOP, CEP.QCNRV etc
Cooling tower Gear box and Fan blade replacement
Day to day PM of Boiler and Turbine with Auxiliary Equipments.
The Candidate should be capable to handle independently Maintenance and Overhauling activities and Trouble shooting related equipment issues
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma mechanical Qualified
Candidate should be from Local Gujarat.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
