Managing multiple locations, both front-end and back-end, flawlessly.
Complete knowledge of and passion for three pillars of this vertical ; Academic Results ,
Operational Excellence and Enrolment Growth
Implementing measures to enhance footfall/queries and conversion of students through the team of Counselors, Coordinators and Branch Managers.
Working closely with the marketing and promotion team to design and implement effective promotion and awareness campaigns for the target market.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in relevant roles (preferred experience in the education sector).
A front-line leader with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
