We are looking for an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer / Technical Lead with robust hands-on experience in IAM development, customization, administration and enterprise application integrations.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in OIM 11gR2 / 12c, Java/J2EE, ADF, custom connectors, event handlers and SOA workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize and administer Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
Design and develop OIM Event Handlers, Custom Connectors and Scheduled Jobs.
Configure and customize SOA workflows and approval processes.
Implement identity provisioning, de-provisioning and reconciliation.
Integrate OIM with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, databases, cloud applications and enterprise systems.
Develop and customize OIM components using Java, J2EE and Oracle ADF.
Work on OIM architecture, troubleshooting, performance optimization and production support.
Lead technical teams and deliver complex IAM implementation projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
